Ingredients
- Tofu - 250 g
- Brown Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp.l .
- Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mash the tofu into crumbs with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything well.
Form cheesecakes. Roll more in rice flour if desired.
Fry them on both sides until browned over medium heat.
