- Flour - 150 g
- Sugar - 140 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a water bath, beat the eggs with sugar. When the temperature rises to 60 degrees, put the bowl on the table and continue whipping for another 7-10 minutes.
Gently mix the fluffy mass with melted butter, vanilla and sifted flour.
Grease the molds with oil and fill two-thirds with dough.
Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 175 degrees. Remove the cupcakes from the molds only after they have completely cooled down.
Mix coffee with sugar and wine.
Using a teaspoon, gently pour the cupcakes with fragrant impregnation.
Whisk mascarpone with cream, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Fill a pastry syringe with cream and decorate cupcakes.
Using a special strainer, sprinkle cocoa on top.
