Ingredients
For cakes:
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 200 g
- Cream (33%) – 200 ml
- Flour - 200 g
- Matcha Tea - 1.5 tsp.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
For cream:
- Sour cream - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, add cream and mix.
Gradually add the sifted flour, mix again and divide the dough into two parts.
Add matcha to one, vanilla to the other.
Bake both cakes in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, and when they cool down, cut in half.
Whisk the sour cream with powdered sugar to a fluffy mass, assemble the sour cream and send it to the refrigerator.
