After heat treatment, garlic loses its burning properties, becomes soft and sweet. Try to cook a garlic paste from a baked vegetable and, most likely, your household will not even understand what it is made of. The snack should be served with white bread.

Ingredients

  • Garlic - 200 g
  • Rosemary - 2 twigs
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Ground coriander - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the garlic in half across.

Wrap in foil together with rosemary sprigs and bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees.

Cool, unwrap the foil and separate the garlic pulp from the husk.

Add salt, oil, lemon juice and spices. Mash with a fork or chop with an immersion blender.
