Boil a hard-boiled egg and finely chop it.

Boil or bake carrots until soft and cut into cubes of about the same size.

Chop the tuna with a fork, chop the greens and mix the ingredients.

Fill the filling with low-calorie mayonnaise and add spices to taste.

Cut off the caps of the tomatoes and carefully remove the pulp with a small spoon.

Stuff tomatoes with stuffing and serve to the table.
