If you are lucky enough to get a piece of fresh or salted tuna, I suggest cooking such beautiful bruschetta with herbs for a festive table. A real treat for gourmets! It looks very expensive and impressive, but it is done in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

  • Tuna (fillet) – 200 g
  • Baguette - 4 slices
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Greenery - 5 twigs
  • Basil - 6 leaves
  • Butter - 2 tbsp.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Ground black pepper - 1 pinch

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the baguette into slices about 1 cm thick, and fry each on both sides.

Mix butter with chopped herbs and crushed garlic. Lubricate the baguette with it.

Cut the tuna into medium cubes, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice. Tuna is suitable fresh, salted or smoked.

Put the tuna tartare on the butter, and decorate the bruschetta with basil and any other herbs to taste.
