If you think that forshmak from herring is prepared easily and quickly, then you have not yet prepared forshmak from canned fish. Here you can even do with an ordinary grater, without a meat grinder, blender or other kitchen appliances.
Ingredients
- Canned fish (in oil) – 3 banks
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and grate on a fine grater.
On the same grater, grate the onion, garlic and melted cheese.
Mash the canned food with a fork as small as possible, mix the forshmak and season.
