Ingredients
- Shrimp (cleared) – 600 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mineral water - 40 ml
- Flour - 6 art.l.
- Breadcrumbs - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sparkling mineral water and spices. Add flour and mix.
Dip the shrimp in the batter and let it drain a little.
Chop the breadcrumbs as small as possible and roll the shrimp in them.
Deep fry the shrimp for 2 minutes until golden.
