One of my favorite basic sandwich fillings, besides sausage and ham, is smoked chicken. A great option, because it also does not need to be cooked – just cut it. So these sandwiches are prepared in a matter of minutes.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Lettuce - 2 sheet
- Onion - 1 piece
- Smoked chicken - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Yogurt - 3 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix yogurt and mustard, and grease 2 slices of bread.
Lay out lettuce leaves and sliced cucumber rings.
Put the thinly sliced chicken and the rings of tomatoes and onions on it.
Pour yogurt again and cover with bread.
