I always have stocks of canned fish in my pantry. They help out a lot when you need a quick snack. For example, in a matter of minutes you can make a sandwich with canned tuna. An appetizing snack will satisfy your hunger for a long time.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 250 g
- Lettuce - 1 leaf
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Bread - 4 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the bread in a dry frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
Tear the salad leaf into small pieces.
Put the canned tuna on a plate and mash it slightly with a fork.
Brush the bread with mayonnaise, lay out the tuna and add the chopped lettuce.
Brush the second piece of bread with mayonnaise and put it on top. Cut the sandwich diagonally into two parts.
