Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 500 g
- Cranberries - 300 g
- Red currant - 300 g
- Sugar - 6-8 tbsp.l .
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Go through the berries and remove the twigs with tails.
Boil water with sugar and boil for a minute.
Put the berries in the syrup and bring to a boil again.
Cook the compote for 10 minutes on low heat.
