Tomato sauce for pasta

No matter how many recipes I have tried, but this tomato sauce for pasta turns out to be the most delicious. It would not be superfluous to remind you that it is worth cooking only from delicious tomatoes. Otherwise, no spices and additives will help you.


  • Tomatoes - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 20 g
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
  • Marjoram - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the tomatoes and chop them in a blender.

Peel onion and garlic, finely chop.

Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the spices and cook for 20-30 seconds.

Add onion and garlic and fry until golden brown.

Pour in the tomato mass and simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Add salt, stir and turn off the heat after 2 minutes. If desired, the finished sauce can be additionally mashed with a blender.
