Dry the pine nuts in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
Put cilantro, peeled garlic, parmesan and nuts in a blender bowl. Grind until smooth.
Add salt, pepper, oil, lemon juice and turn on the blender for another couple of minutes.
