Ingredients
- Coconut milk - 6 tbsp.l.
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Lime juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Pine nuts - 1-2 handfuls
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 20 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the nuts in a dry frying pan.
Cut off the tails and all the greenery.
Put all the ingredients in a blender, beat until smooth and season the pesto to taste.
