- Tomatoes - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece

- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the stalk and seeds.
Peel and slice the onion.
Grind gooseberries and prepared vegetables in a blender.
Rub the resulting mass through a sieve to get rid of the peel and seeds.
Add garlic, butter, sugar, salt and spices passed through the press.
Boil the sauce over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
