Ingredients
- Red cabbage - 150 g
- Cabbage (white) – 150 g
- Beetroot (young) – 2 pieces
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop both types of cabbage, and grate the raw young beets on a medium grater.
Put the ingredients in plates, but do not mix too much, so that the beetroot does not color everything ahead of time.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil, pepper and season with Italian herbs.
