Ingredients
- Beetroot (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Gorgonzola Cheese - 100 g
- Spinach (baby) – 100 g
- Pear (average) – 2 pieces
- Pine nuts - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 4 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken liver and dry it with a paper towel.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the liver and fry until tender. Season with salt and pepper before turning it off.
Chop the beetroot and pear, crumble the cheese with your hands.
Mix spinach, beetroot, pear, chicken liver and cheese.
Add ground pepper, salt, pine nuts and mix.
Put the salad on a plate and pour soy sauce over it.
