I've never been an Olivier fan. For me, there is nothing tastier than salads that do not have mayonnaise. That is why I advise you the recipe for this salad. A light salad with avocado and fresh vegetables is nice to combine with shrimp or salmon and eat at any meal.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Quail eggs - 3 pieces
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the avocado. Separate it from the bone and cut into slices.
Pre-boil the eggs, remove the shell and cut into slices.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Add lemon juice, mustard, salt and spices to taste. Mix everything well and serve to the table.
