Delicious Asian-style salad. For an ideal result, juicy vegetables and maximally boiled meat are needed. Lovers of spicy cuisine can add chili pepper or ginger. From these proportions, a dish of medium sharpness is obtained.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 400 g
- Bell pepper - 150 g
- Pork (boiled) – 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Greenery (any) – 4 twigs
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Add sugar, salt, vinegar and spices. Stir and set aside for 10 minutes.
Chop pork, herbs, peeled onion and pepper.
In a bowl with carrots, pour the onion, herbs, bell pepper and pork.
Add vinegar, hot oil, garlic passed through the press and mix well. Cover with a lid and put away in a cool place for 2 hours.
