Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 500 g
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Arugula - 50 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the peeled pumpkin into large, beautiful pieces and send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Beat off the chicken fillet, sprinkle it with your favorite spices and fry evenly on both sides until golden.
Cut the chicken into slices and put all the ingredients on the arugula.
For dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, spices and crushed rosemary.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.
