- Duck (boiled) – 300 g
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Dried tomatoes - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Lettuce - 150 g
- Red beans (canned) – 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the boiled duck, peeled quail eggs and onions, both types of tomatoes.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Put the red beans in a colander and rinse.
Mix duck, lettuce leaves, onion, eggs, beans and both types of tomatoes.
Add salt, pepper, season the salad with olive oil and mix.
