It is known that food is primarily perceived visually. Therefore, today I am sharing with you a delicious and very beautiful recipe for herring under a striped fur coat. The highlight is that eggs and bright vegetables are laid out on top.
Ingredients
- Herring (finished fillet) – 300 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 250 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 180 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the herring and onion into small pieces. Peel boiled vegetables and eggs, grate.
Put layers of fish, onions and potatoes on the bottom of the plate. Season with salt, pepper and generously smear with mayonnaise.
Carefully place the beetroot, eggs and carrots on top with strips. Try to alternate light and dark ingredients.
Add the mayonnaise patterns and send the finished salad to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
