Such a simple layered salad can be served both at home and on a festive table. It is very satisfying and at the same time original. The combination of peas, mushrooms and apples turns out to be surprisingly pleasant. And I advise you to serve the dish in portions using a serving ring.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (pickled) – 200 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 1 bank
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs. Grate them separately from each other.
Rub the apples in the same way, and finely chop the mushrooms.
Mix mushrooms with peas and chopped herbs, lay out the bottom layer.
Brush with mayonnaise and lay out the potatoes. On top again mayonnaise, apples, mayonnaise and eggs.
Garnish the salad with herbs.
