- Dried tomatoes - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 100 g
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Pesto sauce - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop carrots, sun-dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.
Mix bulgur, both types of tomatoes and carrots.
Add salt, pepper and pesto sauce to taste.
Season the salad with olive oil, lemon juice and mix.
