Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Celery - 2 of the stem
- Leek - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Pesto sauce - 4 art.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry on a grill or non-stick frying pan.
Thinly chop the pekin, celery and leek. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and pepper.
Put the fried mushrooms on top and garnish the salad with pesto sauce.
