Ingredients
For Salad:
- Cancer necks (finished) – 170 g
- Chicken breasts - 180 g
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Carrots - 70 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Capers - 2 art.l.
- Apples (green) – 80 g
- Green peas - 80 g
For dressing:
- Mayonnaise - 80 g
- Grainy mustard - 25 g
- Worcestershire sauce - 10 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken, potatoes and carrots. Boil quail eggs for 4 minutes after boiling.
Finely chop the vegetables, chicken and apple. Add capers, peas and crayfish necks. Cut the quail eggs into slices.
Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing and season the olivier.
