For this salad, I recommend using fresh or frozen green peas. It goes well with ham and other ingredients. Unless frozen should be boiled for just a minute, so that it becomes a little softer.
Ingredients
- Ham - 300 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Champignons - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until tender and cut into small cubes.
Chop and fry the mushrooms with onions.
Slice the ham, add the peas, mix the salad and season with mayonnaise.
Add cherry halves before serving. If desired, garnish with herbs or salad leaves.
