A bright and hearty Taco salad can be served on the table in a plate or put on a tortilla. Most often, the dish is prepared with ground beef, but today we will try a very interesting recipe without meat. If possible, use several types of beans.
Ingredients
- Beans (canned) – 300 g
- Corn (canned) – 200 g
- Tomatoes - 250 g
- Lettuce - 6 leaves
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Lime juice - 2 art.l.
- Paprika (acute) – 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put canned beans and corn in a colander, rinse.
Chop tomatoes, lettuce and peeled onion.
Mix vegetables, beans, corn, salad leaves, salt, paprika and ground pepper.
Add lemon juice, vegetable oil and mix.
