Salty and savory ham is delightfully combined with sweet juicy fruits. This time I offer you a simple and quick salad with peaches. It is better with fresh ones, but in the off–season it is possible with canned ones.
Ingredients
- Peaches - 2-4 pieces
- Ham - 200 g
- Salad mix - 140 g
- Mozzarella - 160 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the ham, chop the mozzarella and slice the peaches into slices.
Add the salad mix, pepper the salad and season it with olive oil.
