Red fish and avocado are perhaps one of the most delicious combinations. Usually these products are found on sandwiches, but today I propose to prepare an appetizing salad from them. You can lay it out in layers or mix it, as I did.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 150 g
- Avocado (ripe) – 1 piece
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Arugula - 20 g
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes.
Chop the red fish and tomatoes.
Mix avocado, tomatoes and fish.
Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix.
Using the cooking ring, put the salad on a plate.
Put a layer of arugula on top.
