Ingredients
- Squid - 3 carcasses
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Yellow tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Greenery (any) – 50 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put it to cool on a plate.
Cut the cooled squid and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop both types of tomatoes and peeled bell pepper.
Chop the greens or tear them with your hands.
Mix everything, add salt, ground pepper and oil.
