Chicken roll is most convenient to cook from fillets. And so that it is not too dry, just need a juicy vegetable filling. This time I suggest adding bell pepper and spinach. Quite an original, but very tasty combination!

Finely chop the spinach and fry in a spoonful of oil until reduced in volume.

Chop the pepper into strips and chop the garlic. Add chili if desired.

Cut, spread out and chop off the fillets so that a solid thin layer is obtained.

Sprinkle the chicken with spices and randomly arrange the filling.

Roll up the roll, sprinkle with the remaining oil and wrap in foil.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
