- Bell pepper - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the spinach and fry in a spoonful of oil until reduced in volume.
Chop the pepper into strips and chop the garlic. Add chili if desired.
Cut, spread out and chop off the fillets so that a solid thin layer is obtained.
Sprinkle the chicken with spices and randomly arrange the filling.
Roll up the roll, sprinkle with the remaining oil and wrap in foil.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
