Cottage cheese casserole with vermicelli, apples and cinnamon

To make the curd casserole with vermicelli even more tender and sweeter, I suggest adding some apples and cinnamon to it. This time we will make an apple layer instead of mixing pieces of fruit into the dough.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Vermicelli - 200 g
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk cottage cheese with milk, eggs and sugar with a blender.
Add a thin dry vermicelli and mix. Leave for 20 minutes.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker and put half of the cottage cheese.
Put thin slices of apples on top, sprinkle with cinnamon. Repeat the layers.
Cook the casserole for 60 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
