If you've never cooked a cottage cheese casserole in a frying pan – you missed a lot. In real life, it turns out no worse than in the oven. Unless it's not that high. But you can still add your favorite filling. For example, nuts with dried fruits.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 1 art.l.
- Raisins - 20 g
- Candied fruits - 20 g
- Dried Fruits - 20 g
- Walnuts - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop nuts and dried fruits.
Beat the cottage cheese with eggs, sour cream and sugar until smooth.
Add flour and dried fruits with nuts, and mix.
Put the mass in a greased frying pan.
Cook the casserole on low heat for 25 minutes.
