Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Potatoes - 5-6 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Sour cream - 4 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Meat broth (or water) – 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Carve the ribs, cut the onion into feathers and fry them together for about 15-20 minutes until browned.
Put in pots and put the sliced potatoes and mushrooms on top.
Add spices, sour cream and crushed garlic, and pour a little broth over the pots.
Put them in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees.
