For this recipe, I prefer to use smoked ham or bacon. This gives the potato casserole an even brighter and more appetizing flavor. Especially in combination with grated parmesan. When serving, I advise you to decorate the dish with herbs.

- Potatoes - 800 g
- Ham - 200 g
- Parmesan - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the ham and lightly fry. Grate the parmesan and whisk the eggs with spices.
Cut the potatoes into plates. Put the layer in a mold, sprinkle with ham and lightly parmesan.
Repeat the layers until the end of the ingredients.
Fill the casserole with eggs, cover with the remaining parmesan and cook in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
