This dish pleasantly diversifies the diet of all adherents of diets and proper nutrition. Tender baked mackerel is harmoniously combined with broccoli. How much and what to add – look at your situation. I will share my best option, but in any case, the process will always be the same.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel (fillet) – 3 pieces
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Broccoli - 200 g
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sprinkle the mackerel with spices, sprinkle with lemon juice and place on parchment.

Put onion rings and broccoli inflorescences on top.

Sprinkle everything with olive oil and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
