Tender chicken fillet, melted butter, crispy breadcrumbs – what's not an ideal dish? I want to share with you the subtleties of cooking a real cutlet in Kiev. According to this recipe, it is definitely baked and does not fall apart!

Spread the fillet with the inside side up, cut it on both sides from the middle and unfold it in a thin layer.

Carefully beat the fillet through the film so that the filling can be wrapped in it.

Mix soft butter with chopped herbs and salt until smooth, divide into 2 parts, form cubes and send to the freezer for 3-5 minutes.

Wrap the filling tightly in the fillet and send it to the freezer for another 3-5 minutes.

Beat eggs with milk and prepare flour with crackers.

Dip the cutlets in flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, again in eggs and again in breadcrumbs.

Fry the Kiev-style cutlets in a large amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.

Then send them to reach the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
