Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Butter - 120 g
- Parsley - 20 g
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 100 ml
- Flour - 50 g
- Breadcrumbs - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread the fillet with the inside side up, cut it on both sides from the middle and unfold it in a thin layer.
Carefully beat the fillet through the film so that the filling can be wrapped in it.
Mix soft butter with chopped herbs and salt until smooth, divide into 2 parts, form cubes and send to the freezer for 3-5 minutes.
Wrap the filling tightly in the fillet and send it to the freezer for another 3-5 minutes.
Beat eggs with milk and prepare flour with crackers.
Dip the cutlets in flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, again in eggs and again in breadcrumbs.
Fry the Kiev-style cutlets in a large amount of vegetable oil until golden brown.
Then send them to reach the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.
