- Potatoes - 600 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
- Water - half a glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Add salt, pepper, pour in the oil and mix.
Put the potatoes in the prepared pan and pour in hot water.
Cover and bake for 10 minutes at maximum power. In the middle of the process, you can get a mold with potatoes and mix gently.
