What could be tastier than a plate of fragrant pea soup? Today I propose to cook it with sausage. I usually use several types of sausages and sausages to make the dish more interesting and thicker. You can adjust their assortment and quantity to your liking.

Rinse the peas thoroughly and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.

Change the water, add bay leaf, black pepper and cook for 1 hour over low heat.

Cut potatoes, both types of sausage, green and onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.

In a saucepan with peas, add potatoes, fried, smoked and boiled sausages. Boil everything together for 10 minutes.

Squeeze garlic through a press, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped green onions and turn off.

Insist the ready pea soup under the lid for another 15-20 minutes.
