Classic draniki are primarily potatoes. But what prevents cooking them from completely different vegetables, for example, zucchini? And for this recipe, even any frozen mixture to taste is perfect, so it's also very convenient.

- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 3 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the broccoli inflorescences for a couple of minutes in boiling water. Peel the remaining vegetables.
Chop all the vegetables in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
Add eggs, spices and sifted flour, and mix everything together.
Spread the draniki with a spoon in a frying pan and fry on both sides.
