Pink salmon with bell pepper is one of my favorite combinations when I want to bake fish with vegetables. Therefore, today I want to share the recipe with you. Moreover, this is a very easy and simple dish even for novice cooks. If desired, you can also add tomatoes.
Ingredients
- Pink salmon - 800 g
- Bell pepper - 3 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Rosemary - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the pink salmon, pepper, cherry and half a lemon.
Put everything in a bowl, pour oil and juice of the second half of a lemon.
Add all the spices, mix the billet and leave for 20 minutes.
Put everything in the mold, add a sprig of rosemary.
Bake the pink salmon in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes under foil and another 10-15 without it.
