Very tasty cutlets can be made from tender rabbit meat. The recipe is quite simple. Prepare the right ingredients and suitable dishes. I prefer to use a large thick-walled frying pan with a lid.

Wash the rabbit fillet, dry it with paper towels and pass it through a meat grinder.

Cut white bread into small pieces and soak in warm milk.

Cut carrots and peeled onions.

Mix the minced meat, egg, salt, ground pepper, lightly pressed bread and half an onion.

Form small cutlets of the same size with your hands and put them on a preheated frying pan with oil.

Fry the cutlets over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Heat a little oil in a deep frying pan, add the carrots, the remaining onion and fry until golden brown.

Pour in the hot broth and boil for 3 minutes.

Carefully arrange the fried cutlets, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
