Ingredients
- Kefir - 230 ml
- Oat flakes - 50 g
- Brown Sugar - 110 g
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Flour - 260 g
- Chocolate drops - 50 g
- Baking powder - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour kefir over the oat flakes and leave for 15 minutes.
Add sugar and butter, and mix everything until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients and mix again. At the end, add chocolate drops.
Place the round cookies on parchment and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
