- Red Currant - 1 kg
- Orange - 2-3 pieces
- Sugar - 900 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the currants with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Separately chop the pitted oranges.
Mix everything together, add sugar and bring to a boil.
Boil the jam to the desired density and roll it into sterile jars.
