Well, who doesn't know how well apples combine with cinnamon in absolutely any types and forms? Including jam. And to make it even more fragrant and not too sweet, add a little lemon. Amazing billet!

Remove the zest from the lemons and squeeze out the juice.

Boil 400 ml of water, add sugar and boil the syrup until dissolved.

Add the zest to the syrup, remove from the heat and let it brew for 10 minutes, and then strain.

Bring the syrup to a boil again.

Put the finely chopped peeled apples into it, remove from the heat and leave for 4 hours.

Boil the jam for 5 minutes and leave again for 4 hours.

Bring it to a boil again, pour in lemon juice, add cinnamon and boil for another 15-20 minutes.

Roll the jam into sterile jars.
