Ingredients
- Physalis - 450 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Lime - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the physalis, onion, pepper, garlic, coriander stalks and salt in a saucepan.
Pour in a little water and boil over medium heat for about 15 minutes after boiling until the physalis is soft.
Let the workpiece cool down a little and chop the vegetables with a couple of spoonfuls of broth in a blender.
Add chopped coriander leaves and lime juice.
You can season the sauce to taste.
