Ingredients
- Turnip - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the unpeeled turnips until tender and then grate.
Chop the onion and garlic, and fry in oil until soft.
Add the turnips and fry for another 10 minutes.
Add tomato paste, simmer the caviar for 15 minutes and season to taste.
Beat the caviar with a blender, simmer for another 5 minutes, pour in the vinegar and roll it into a sterile jar.
