  • Apples (white filling) – 500 g
  • Sugar - 200 g
  • Water - 2.5 l
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the apples and put them in a sterile jar.

Pour boiling water, cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Drain the water and boil it again. Add sugar and lemon juice, and boil the syrup until the sugar dissolves.
