This recipe is an interesting mix of Russian and French culinary traditions. Thick pea soup and classic onion soup are taken as a basis. And what came out of such an experiment – you can evaluate for yourself.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the peas with water and boil according to the instructions until ready.

Chop all kinds of onions, fry together until soft and add turmeric with spices.

Roughly chop the onion with a blender and send it to the peas.

Boil everything together for a couple of minutes.
